Dr. Marqués is actively involved in the didactic, laboratory and clinical instruction of Large Animal Internal Medicine. He is involved not only in the instruction of undergraduate veterinary students, but also in the training of veterinarians pursuing board certificiation for the Large Animal Internal Medicine specialty.
Dr. Marqués is also one of the Internal Medicine Board Certified Specialist working at the Large Animal Clinic, Large Animal Internal Medicine Service, UW Veterinary Care, providing a wide range of medical specialty services.
Dr. Marqués has clinical interests in various aspects of internal medicine, particularly in areas related to sports medicine.
Dr. Marqués received his veterinary degree from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina, and completed a residency program in large animal internal medicine at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a board certified specialist in Large Animal Internal Medicine (American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (ACVIM) Diplomate).
