Veterinary Anesthesiology

Anesthesia is a fundamental component of many veterinary tests and treatments, ranging from dental cleanings to major surgeries. UWVC’s specialists are experienced in developing anesthesia plans for species of all kinds, from exotic pocket pets to companion animals, large animals and zoo animals. Our highly qualified doctors and technicians use the latest monitoring and anesthetic equipment to ensure patient comfort during and after a medical procedure. We are available 24/7 for scheduled and emergency visits.

Veterinary anesthesiologists certified in Veterinary Acupuncture in our Chronic Pain Clinic are also available for pain management and acupuncture appointments, ready to work with you and your pet to assess their condition and create a plan that will improve their comfort and quality of life. Treatment options are crafted to meet each patient’s unique condition, and solutions include at-home-care options as well as in-clinic treatments like acupuncture.
