UWVC Large Animal Internal Medicine offers primary, referral and consultative services for equine patients. We are also prepared to treat emergency and intensive care cases 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Together, we are able to diagnose and manage a wide range of health issues in horses, including:

  • On-site clinical laboratories for blood tests, microbiology cultures and infectious disease testing

  • Full body sling and padded stalls for neurologic or injured horses
