Double contrast cystogram, an imaging study using positive and negative contrast (iodine based & carbon dioxide, respectively) to evaluate the urinary bladder. The bladder is normally tear-shaped; in this patient there are filling defects in the positive contrast (white) in the neck of the bladder and changes to the lumbar spine.
